All orders are processed and shipped within 4 business days of purchase.
- Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day
Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
- International: 7–21 business days after shipment
Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Address

- Golden Raz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply
