What is the return policy?
If your item is damaged or less than ideal for any reason we will replace it by shipping you a new item.
If you ordered the wrong item, you can cancel your order any time before we ship it and get a full refund.
If we have already shipped your order and the package is not opened, we will pay to ship it back and give a full refund.
If the package is opened but not worn we will still pay to ship it back and give a full refund.
If the package has been worn we will give a full refund but the buyer must pay to ship it back.
All refunds are processed once the returned items are shipped back.
Are any purchases final sale?
If your item is damaged or flawed in any way you will recieve a replacement item.
All orders can be returned for a refund, however if the item is worn then the buyer must pay to ship it back.
When will I get my order?
Our orders ship within 24 hours (Monday through Saturday) of the order being placed. Then for USA based orders, the usualy the USPS takes 3-7 days depending on where it is being shipped to. International orders can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on the country.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured 100% in Fredericksburg VA. USA by employees paid well waiges in enjoyable working enviroments.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping is FREE for all orders in USA. Upgraded shipping prices vary by location and amount ordered.
Why don’t you have every character yet?
We’re making them all. We just don't have the ability make them all at once. At least not yet :)
Can I request a character?
Yes. If you don’t see your favorite yet, you can request it as a custom order here.

How should I care for my merch?
For Hats and Bags, wash on cold and air / tumble dry. For our other clothing items like Tee Shirts, Hoodies, and Sweat Shirts we reccomend you wash them inside out on any tempurate and dry them inside out on any tempurate. Please note that high tempuratures will cause items to shrink a little bit.
